and happy cabin in the woods atop Lookout Mountain.

Each candle is poured in an awareness of love, gentleness, peace and illumination.

Our candles are made from palm wax, a sustainable resource which is obtained from a private plantation, ensuring that no native trees are harvested.

Palm wax is clean-burning, with no harmful soot or residue. Our wicks are made from renewable hemp.

(Did you know that paraffin wax candles are a by-product of petroleum? According to the American Lung Association, the soot from paraffin contains 11 documented toxins, two of which are known carcinogens.)

Our candles are fragrance-free and dye-free. To create a scented candle, simply place a few drops of your favorite essential oil in the center!

Palm wax is an especially hard wax. Its texture is smooth and dry (not oily), and it won't melt from sunlight or excess heat.

Each candle is poured at 200°F and then wrapped in small towels and left to cool for at least six hours. This slow cooling process allows a unique and elegant crystalline appearance to develop, and creates a very long-burning candle.

Palm wax candles create a ‘wall’ as they melt. When the flame glows from within the candle, the wax’s unique crystalline structure is beautifully illuminated. Once the candle is spent, you can place a tealight inside, and the walls will continue to glow!
